Another aspect of a vehicle that can easily have a detrimental effect on your fuel efficiency is the weight of the vehicle. If it is unnecessarily heavy, then it would be best to modify and change it so that it is lighter, either by changing actual parts or removing things from it, such as rubbish or other unnecessary items.
